The choices
A this point, the user is presented with the three typical options. If you need to answer some questions before going to the final step and submitting to the CO, you may want to return to the main index, print the results, and return later once you have the answers. If you think you are ready, it is time to use the enhanced review VECP feature.

The review and submit
At this point, the entire VECP data is shown to the user. If blanks or errors are present, the user can edit each section immediately, obtaining all the enhanced features of each section. The user can also print the results and hand the product to others for comments, in normal html format or an enhanced pdf print document (we advise the user to be careful handing out draft documents in the enhanced format as some may mistake it for the final document. Once the user is satisfied, they can submit the VECP directly to the contracting officer listed in the e-mail you specified. To allow the CO to use the system, you must submit it to them so that they can enter it and use the system to analyze the submission. Failure to use the submit when ready, will forever remove your VECP from certain reporting and other benefits.
