Steps for Creating a VECP

Step Two

Avoiding potential legal problems and clarifying VECP acceptance issues

Most accepted VECPs enrich both parties; the contractor and contracting organization. Legal complications will kill all of it fast, and no one wants that. The most common issue creating legal or acceptance issues are related to nondisclosure. The problems that have occurred in the past for most of these was simply not realizing it was needed. Our enhanced systems help the contractor by flagging potential issues before they could ever become an issue. thereby, helping to avoid that small chance of a problem.

Our system purposely examines all the critical issues before requesting the typical information most people think of when starting. Our system ensures that the user knows all potential issues, BEFORE going to the effort and time of filling out the details.

For reference, below is a couple of screen shots showing this second critical step.

If an issue that should have clarification is indicated, the system will inform the user, suggest options, and enable clarifications that would allow the user to improve the quality of the VECP, enhancing its potential for acceptance.
